What is the ISO 17100 Quality Certificate?
Previously known as the EN 153038 Translation Services Management System Certificate, in 2015 this indicator of quality in the translation sector was updated and renamed by the International Organization for Standardization as the ISO 17100 Translation Services – Requirements for Translation Services Certificate. ISO 17100 quality certification specifies the requirements necessary in order for linguists and translation agencies to deliver quality products and provides the customer with assurance that the required steps are being taken during the translation process.
Awarded by the International Organization for Standardization and the only globally approved translation quality certificate, the ISO 17100 Translation Services Management System Certificate documents our achievements in the pre and post-translation process.
